Our history
Founded in 2007, One Communications is a privately held Finnish software company under European ownership. We operate across eight European countries with approximately 50 employees and over 800 business customers.
For two decades, we have facilitated the transformation of communication, collaboration, and learning for our clientele through user-friendly and secure software solutions. Our products are recognised for their superior quality and robust cybersecurity, backed by fast, personal and hands-on customer service.
Security has been at our core from day one. We achieved GDPR+ compliance before the regulation came into force in 2018, and cybersecurity remains a fundamental part of everything we build.

Our online video platform Studio has made us the market leader in the Nordics and one of the largest players in Europe. In 2023, we launched #One, our video meeting and communication platform combining enterprise-grade security with effortless usability.
Today we are expanding across Central and Western Europe with a clear goal: to become the leading European video communication software company.

One Communications has also been recognised of company’s good financial performance. Selected rating companies have ranked company to the highest credit rating companies. In year 2016 company’s credit rating was AAA, in year 2017 AA+ and again AAA/AA+ in year 2018.
The company holds the platinum level financial background. It has been awarded the Strongest in Finland from 2016 to 2023 by Asiakastieto (credit rating company) in Finland.
